"I joined the gym back in January 2017 with an aim to lose weight and become fitter. I did lose some weight but after a while put it all back on. Although I had continued to train throughout this period I was finding it hard to stay motivated and was bored with the workouts I was doing. It was at this point I was introduced to Ben and I can honestly say that I have never looked back.
During a 12-week programme, I was given a varied sustainable nutritional plan. I have always had a problem with food but have learnt that you can have interesting tasty meals even when you are trying to lose weight. The workouts have been fun and varied and very different to my previous training. The app Ben uses is great as you can track all the workouts you do easily as well as log your weight, measurements and progress photos.
Ben is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what he does and is always happy to answer any questions. Week after week I have continued to see results and managed to lose 2 stone and have noticed a real difference in my fitness. I have learnt so much during my weekly 1-1 sessions and have found that passion again to want to become fitter and healthier. I look forward to continuing my journey with Ben and seeing what I can achieve in 2018."
"I first started training with Ben Green in August 2017. He set me up with a 8-week programme to help me get as lean as possible for my wedding in October. I managed to lose 6.8kg in those 8 weeks, I dropped down from 79.5kg to 72.7kg which is the lowest I've been in 10 + years!
Both the workout routine and the diet Ben provided were full of variety.
He's always available on the phone or via social media to answer questions and to give advice.
The PT sessions are killer but well worth it, he helped me achieve goals I didn't think I could.
